The location
is rather difficult to explain.
The landmark is the Oyama Swimming School,
which is just across the street.
However, the distance from the east exit
of Oyama station is not far.
You can arrive within 10 minutes on foot
once you know the best route from the station.

Closed on Sundays, Thursdays, National holidays and New year holidays.

around 7:00 every morning.

and also as a Surgeon.

Medicine at Jichi Medical School in Tochigi
Pref. in 1990.

If you visit in the afternoon, and blood
specimen is taken then,
the Lab data will be delivered at next night
around six.
Some treatment other than prescription
I do minor surgery for injuries with local
anesthesia.
Those which requires general anesthesia are
referred to the city hospital or Medical
College Hospital
Polypectomy of the colon is provided.
Special examination by the cardiologist is
provided once every month.
If you are too busy to visit Medical College
Hospital. You might as well visit this service.

Prescription
After examination you get the prescription for medicine at our receptionist
counter,
Prescription is valid for 4 days.
So you are expected to go to pharmacy in 4 days.
Nearby pharmacy has all kinds of medicine that I prescribe.

Vaccination
Following vaccines are ready at anytime.
MR vaccine(Measles, Rubella combination)
Mumps,, Varicella, DPT, DT, Tetanus Toxoid,
Encephalitis Japonicum, BCG, Tuberculin test.
Vaccines which need to be reserved;
Hepatitis B, Hepatitis A, Influenza Virus,
Other vaccines such as polio, yellow fever and some special ones are provided
at other places.
We will give you infromation on those vaccines if you make contact.

35000yen health check up includes stomach
examination with videoendoscopy

Since I am not good at color doppler cardiac
ultrasonograpy,
I let those specialists from a medical college
handle
that expensive instrument at my clinic.

Receipt & Insurance matters
Receipt is issued at the receptionist counter.
But most of the foreigners need to fill out
the insurance forms.
We do not charge to fill out the forms.
But you have to wait one night to get it
back from Dr.Terakado
because he is too busy to fill out at once
when you hand it at the receptionist counter.
